Returns & Refunds at Boscents


At Boscents, every fragrance is handmade in small batches with care. Because we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully when ordering.


That said, your happiness matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at bo.1311scents@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.


Please note:

 

  • Due to the nature of perfumes, oils, and body mists (personal care products), all sales are final unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Returns for used items cannot be accepted.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


 

Refunds


If your return is approved (only in the case of damage or error), a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 5–7 business days.
