Processing Times

Each fragrance is handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order before it is shipped. During launches, sales, or restocks, processing may take a little longer.


Shipping Options & Timeframes

We ship nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once dispatched, depending on your location. Rural or outlying areas may require additional time.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address. Occasionally, we may run free-shipping promotions (for example, discovery sets or limited campaigns).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel in real time.


Risk of Loss

We carefully package every item to ensure it reaches you safely. Once handed to the courier, risk of loss or delay passes to you, though we’ll gladly assist in liaising with the courier should any issue arise.


Delays

While we do our best to ship on time, please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, courier delays, or load-shedding disruptions) may affect delivery schedules. We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.


Returns & Damages

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or refund, in line with our Returns Policy.
