Welcome to Boscents! “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to Boscents. We offer a curated online shopping experience featuring fine fragrances and oils (the “Services”) via this website, powered by Shopify. These Terms of Service (these “Terms”)—along with our Privacy Policy—govern how you use the Services. By interacting with our site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, please do not continue.
Section 1 – Access & Your Account
You confirm you’re of legal age and that any info you provide (email, payment, shipping details) is accurate. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure—sharing or transferring it isn’t allowed.
Section 2 – Our Products
We strive for accuracy in how products look online, but screen representations may vary. We may update product details or discontinue items without notice. We’re a small, handcrafted business—quantities and availability may be limited.
Section 3 – Orders
Placing an order is an offer—we’ll confirm acceptance via email if we can fulfill it. We reserve the right not to accept or cancel orders. Purchased items are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
Section 4 – Pricing & Billing
Prices and promos may change without notice. You’ll be charged based on the price shown when your order is placed (inclusive of shipping, where applicable). Payment must be accurate and up to date—via Yoco at this time.
Section 5 – Shipping & Delivery
We’re not liable for courier delays or other disruptions beyond our control. As soon as your order leaves our hands, risk passes to you.
Section 6 – Return & Defect Policy
South African law (CPA) does not grant a general return right for change of mind—but does allow returns for faulty, unsafe, or misrepresented goods. If your purchase is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 10 business days of receipt and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund—at no extra cost to you . Refunds and repairs are offered in good faith and per regulations.
Section 7 – Intellectual Property
Everything on this site—text, images, designs—is owned by Boscents (or Shopify) and protected by law. Use beyond personal browsing requires written permission.
Section 8 – Third-Party Tools & Links
We may offer third-party tools or links in the future. We don’t manage or own those and aren’t liable for anything you do there.
Section 9 – Shopify Relationship
Shopify powers our store—but sales are between you and Boscents. Shopify isn’t liable for your experience or loss.
Section 10 – Privacy
Your personal data falls under our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s. You consent to how it’s handled.
Section 11 – Feedback
If you submit feedback, you’re allowing us to use it freely—message, reshape, repost, without owing you compensation—worldwide, forever. You confirm it’s yours to share.

Mistakes happen. We may correct pricing or other details and cancel orders if something is wrong, with notice.
