At Boscents, every creation is crafted with care. • Perfume Sprays (Extrait De Parfum 50ml, 30ml / 15ml): Ethanol (99.9% Purity) ≤ 94%, Propylene Glycol 1–5%, Aqua H₂O 1–5%, Denatonium Benzoate ≤ 0.001%, Benzophenone-3 ≤ 1%, and perfume oil concentrate (30%). • Perfume Oils: A blend of coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, and perfume oil concentrate. • Body Mists: Same formulation as our perfumes, but with 20% perfume oil concentration for a lighter mist. • Rollerballs: Ethanol with 20% perfume oil for a more intimate application.
⚠️ Allergy Note: Our perfumes and oils contain natural and synthetic ingredients that may cause sensitivities in some individuals. Please patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
Shipping
We ship with Courier Guy Services across South Africa. • Delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days after dispatch. • Dispatch days: Mondays & Wednesdays only (this allows me, as a one-woman business, to prepare everything with care).
Returns & Exchanges
Because Boscents is a small, independent brand offering affordable luxury, I’m unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges once your fragrance has been opened or used. Every order is made and packed with precision to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Thank you for understanding and supporting a growing brand.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 working days for confirmation and tracking details. I work solo, so while I aim to process as quickly as possible, every order is prepared with personal attention and care.
Payments

Care & Usage
• Perfume Oils: These are not body moisturizers. They’re highly concentrated perfume oils designed to elevate and layer with your fragrances for longer wear and depth. A little goes a long way. • Perfume Storage: Keep your fragrances away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Store in a cool, dry place. • Fragrance Maturation: Over time, your perfume may smell even richer and stronger. This is a natural process called maceration, where the oils and alcohol continue blending beautifully.
